He travels internationally sharing workshops, seminars and trainings, helping unlock and unravel an evolving understanding of the intelligence of our bodies, howe to access it and the freedom and art of how we move and exist in space.
Whether this means getting out of pain, recovery from injury, improving performance or just a fuller ability to live well and do more of the things we love, every BODY has this inherently.
