Ali has been involved in yoga and massage therapy since 2007. Her first endeavors of yoga started in high school following Iyengar Yoga tradition, Then Anusara Yoga. Ali went to Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in Orlando FL. 600+ Hours of training in massage school, and over 1000+ hours of yoga training mostly under John Friend and Desi Springer. Ali has studied cranial sacral therapy under osteopath William. R Taylor, and quickly fell in love with structural integration upon reading Anatomy Trains by Tom Myers. Ali started her KMI courses in January 2016 and graduated from KMI in June 2017. Ali looks forward to working with you and your individual needs.
