As a Board Certified Structural Integrator, Ali offers intelligent bodywork for healthy posture and lasting pain relief.
Ali holds a BA in Linguistic Anthropology from Brown University and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training in Myofascial Yoga Therapy.
After college, Ali spent 12 years as a software user experience designer. She discovered structural integration on a quest to find work that better fit her passions: a fascination with the mind-body, a conviction that health is about more than the absence of disease, and a desire to help others live joyfully in their bodies.
With skillful bodywork, Ali creates balance and increased freedom in the body. What comes next is important: to hold on to the changes, clients need to shift their habits, developing healthier patterns in movement and stillness.
Ali makes this process fun and engaging, coaching mindfulness, experiential anatomy, and the cultivation of curiosity and play. In addition to pain relief, Ali’s clients gain the confidence they need to find their own answers.
Ali practices structural integration and teaches yoga and meditation in Cambridge, MA. Between work and extensive continuing education pursuits, she leads an active lifestyle including parkour, swimming, yoga, running, and volunteer work with seals and sea lions.
