I was a massage therapist for six years before I discovered Structural Integration. A chance encounter led to two sessions of Rolfing that changed my life. It was such a joy to have feet for the first time in my life and a rib cage that held itself up with almost no effort! I knew in that moment that I had to find a way to do this kind of work. Shortly thereafter I discovered KMI and the rest is, as they say, history. My practice, informed by my work with Thai massage, visceral manipulation and craniosacral bodywork, focuses on helping my clients live with less pain, more ease, better alignment in gravity whether it’s over the course of one session or the full KMI 12 series or anywhere in between. My work is as much about self-discovery and education as it is about creating more integrated individuals. I see athletes, yoga practitioners, musicians, golfers, cyclists, dancers, construction workers, massage therapists as well as a variety of people that just want their bodies to function better.
