Živa helps people rediscover and live their full potential — not through force, but through understanding. Her work centers on FAMO Fascia Movement, a fascia-focused approach that supports lasting mobility, vitality, and ease in the body, at any age.

She believes the body isn’t a problem to be fixed, but a system to be understood — and that real change comes gently, from the inside out. Under her brand, BeAlive with Živa, she works both with individuals seeking a deeper relationship with their own body, and with movement professionals looking to bring fascia-informed depth to their practice.

Because the body doesn’t need pressure. It needs attention. Pilates was Živa’s first love. In 2012, she opened her own fully equipped studio, running it for more than ten years while working mainly with individual clients and teaching on the national Pilates licensing course. Helping people feel better in their bodies has always been part of who she is — and today, that passion lives on through organizing and leading art of motion education programs.

What fulfills her most is inspiring others to care for themselves, believing that the change we wish to see in the world begins within — and ripples outward from there. FAMO changed her life for the better, and she lives what she teaches, every day. Traveling and exploring hidden corners of the world is another passion of hers — it broadens her perspective and keeps her grounded. She believes the world becomes a better place as more of us learn to feel truly at home in our own body and mind.

Živa is originally from Ljubljana, Slovenia, and spends a good part of the year in different corners of the world. She loves nature in all its forms — especially the tropics, the sea, forests, and long hikes — and is always up for trying new foods and getting to know new cultures and people along the way. Fearless and quick to adapt, she enjoys pushing her limits and taking on new challenges.

And one thing she can never resist? Dark chocolate and pistachio ice cream.
