Ram’s journey into Structural Integration began over 30 years ago with something very personal—a yoga headstand injury. What started as a search to “fix” his pain became a doorway into discovering how bodywork could create space, ease, and freedom in movement. This experience sparked a lifelong curiosity that eventually led him to train with Anatomy Trains, a school that combined state-of-the-art science with the practical, hands-on wisdom of Structural Integration bodywork.
Today, Ram teaches and practices with the same curiosity and care that first drew him to the work. Coming from a background in systems engineering, he has a unique way of weaving together precision and science with the deeply human side of movement and healing. His classes are not just about techniques—they are about helping people feel more at home in their bodies, more connected, and more resilient.
Ram has a special passion for exploring fascia, tensegrity, mindful movement, and how the body’s systems can transform not just posture but also the way people experience themselves in daily life. He knows that learning isn’t always straightforward, so he meets students where they are—acknowledging challenges, breaking down complex ideas, and guiding with patience. In class, his presence is warm, attentive, and encouraging, making students feel both supported and inspired to grow.
As an Advanced Structural Integration practitioner, Senior Yoga Teacher, certified Gyrotonic® instructor, Ram brings years of diverse experience into every training. What students notice most is his dedication and genuine care for the work. He teaches not just from knowledge, but from lived experience, showing how movement, structure, and awareness can open new possibilities in both body and life.
Ram’s aspiration is to inspire the next generation of practitioners. By bridging science, movement, and human potential, he helps students gain not only skills, but also a deeper trust in their own journey.
