I have a thriving practice in Northampton, MA incorporating Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy and Strength and Mobility work. I am passionate about movement, structure and function and love educating myself and others! I have been a group exercise instructor for decades, run, cycle and practice Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. I teach and practice Re-Evaluation Counseling, do pottery and study Spanish in my free time.
