What is your commitment to change? Megan Fowler is committed to facilitating long-term change in both her clients’ and students’ relationships to their bodies using structural integration and movement. Instead of seeing limitations in people’s bodies, Megan observes the resources and resiliency they’ve had to develop while navigating being in the world.
Megan brings over 14 years of experience to her private practice, Discover Core Wellness, an intentional bodywork and movement practice with a mission to help people feel more at home in their bodies so they can live their most vibrant life. Megan earned an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy and is a graduate of the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Program. She holds a massage therapy license in both Maine (MT6672) and New York (024080) and is a Slings Myofascial Training Teacher Foundation Level.
Megan has continued her education so she can work with people through different phases of life. She has worked with collegiate athletes, oncology patients, orthopedic, prenatal, and postnatal patients. Dedicated to empowering youth, in 2023 she created the Youth Wellness Scholarship to help youth in her community have access to structural integration series work.
She hopes to help students find more ways to be comfortable in their bodies so they can have longevity in their practice and create change in their communities through structural integration. As a lifelong learner, she loves to share her passion for the pursuit of understanding with students.
