Maree has been working in the health and fitness Industry since 1999. She and her husband Chris Clayton operate a Remedial Therapy Clinic in Toowoomba, S/E Queensland, Australia. This part of her journey began with diplomas in Personal Training, Sports Coaching, Reflexology and Remedial Massage to then graduate as a board-certified Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Practitioner in 2015 with Julie Hammond.

After assisting for 4 years in Anatomy Trains in Structure and Function, Anatomy Trains in Training, all of the Structural Essentials, Part 1 Intensive and Part 2 Structural Strategies, she is now a Certified Anatomy Trains Teacher. As life progresses, Maree’s passion for movement and anatomy is growing stronger. Continued study and participation in 2 dissection labs (Arizona and Poland) with Todd Garcia, have definitely fueled the fire. There is so much yet to learn, discover and share about human anatomy!

Maree has always had an active lifestyle, training in martial arts, playing with a variety of strength and conditioning methods, running/walking, participating in yoga and yoga therapy. At this time in her life her training motto is “Balance in all things, nothing to excess.” Participation is the key!
