When I discovered Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, I knew I found my path, my purpose, and my people.

Since I graduated in 2019, my private practice has been committed to the art and science of Structural Integration represented through the lens Anatomy Trains. I am
showing people the map, and they are discovering new possibilities.

My bodywork practice is 100% ATSI and I am actively in practice in Northern Vermont, and delighted to be currently traveling as much as possible on the AT Teacher in Training Path. I have found my purpose and passion in the balance of my private practice in Vermont with being in the classroom as much as possible supporting new practitioners in their process of learning. They elegantly feed/ complement each other- in turn it fills my cup gratitude, joy and purpose.

I practiced massage and taught yoga, including leading and assisting yoga teacher trainings in the US and internationally for the last decade prior to shifting gears completely on to the ATSI path. I briefly studied fine arts at Tyler school of Art in Philadelphia, but then switched gears to study wellness and alternative medicine at Johnson State College in Northern Vermont. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you, get curious, and support you in your process in discovering what’s possible, Whether you’re stepping into the field of structural integration, or simply having the experience of living in a human body.
