Kit is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University in the United States. She was the president of the Macau Physical Therapists Association from 2014 – 2023. As a clinical practice physical therapist, Kit’s passion is in musculoskeletal disorders, sports injury management, and manual therapy, focusing on fascia and movement science, which led her to become an Anatomy Trains teacher in training.
Kit is certified in different movement modalities, such as Pilates and GYROKINESIS ®. Besides daily clinical work, Kit has participated in many other physical therapy conferences as a speaker within Asia.
