Elizabeth loves the way bodywork brings together the physical, emotional, relational, and mental “bodies.” She received her first structural integration series in 1999, which inspired her to pursue bodywork after completing her degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2000.
Drawn to the embodied approach to learning at massage school, Elizabeth became an instructor in 2001. Over the years, she has taught entry-level and advanced bodywork techniques, anatomy and physiology, communication, and movement to both bodyworkers and the general public.
In 2024, Elizabeth returned to structural integration after discovering the Anatomy Trains approach and teachings. She loves how ATSI invites clients to come home to themselves in ways they never imagined.
Elizabeth also holds a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and maintains a bodywork and expressive arts practice in San Diego, California. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, open-water swimming, and dancing.
