Dr. Yan Bing is an Associate Professor at Beijing Sport University, China. He supervises graduate students in the China Institute of Sport and Health Science, School of Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation, and School of Strength and Conditioning Training.

He also serves as the Director of the Kinetic Control and Corrective Training Laboratory at the China Institute of Sport and Health Science and as an Executive Committee Member of the Sports Anatomy Branch of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences. His research focuses on myofascial therapy and training interventions for musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunctions, as well as performance training for elite athletes.

He has led and participated over 27 research projects and published more than 30 peer reviewed papers. Dr. Yan completed Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) training in the United
States in 2018. He is appointed as the rehabilitation specialist for the Chinese National Boxing Team, Chinese National Modern Pentathlon Team, overseeing treatment and training for musculoskeletal injuries and movement impairments. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Science Popularization Expert for Children’s Exercise and Health at the National Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Yan has been awarded the First Prize in Science and Technology Research by the Chinese Society of Sports Science and the First Prize in Teaching Achievements by the Beijing Municipal Government.
