Carrie Gaynor, BSN, R.N., ATSI, BCSI, CFST, E-RYT 500: Carrie integrates bodywork and movement to help people move well and be well. Through her practice, Modern Nature Bodyworks, Carrie works with clients of widely varying ages and abilities drawing on her expertise in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, Frederick Stretch Therapy™, and Gray Institute Functional Movement.

Carrie joined the senior teaching staff for Tom Myer’s Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) in 2005. She has taught ATSI courses in a variety of settings to manual therapists, movement therapists, and yoga students. Known as a creative innovator for her work synergizing Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians with yoga practices, Carrie recently contributed an article detailing the healing power of TriYoga hand mudras to Laurie Nemetz’ The Myofascial System in Form and Movement (Handspring Publishing, 2022.) She has also published articles on Structural Integration through the International Association of Structural Integrators.
