Becca Whistler

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Certified Assistant

Certified to assist:

  • Anatomy Trains in Structure and Function
  • Structural Essentials (ATSI Part 1)

Becca Whistler is a Structural Integrator and movement teacher based in Brooklyn, New York. As a child, she practiced many years of modern dance, which was freeform and somatic in a foundational way. This lead to a committed yoga practice in her 20s, receiving her first yoga teacher certification in 2014 and her massage therapy certification in 2018. She was introduced to Anatomy Trains shortly after graduating from massage school, and began taking their short form classes before graduating from ATSI in 2024. She has continued to study and work with Anatomy Trains since then.

Becca loves the interplay of science and art within this practice, using anatomy as the basis to let the body explore a deep well of healing. A lifelong student, she appreciates the time that she gets to spend assisting with Anatomy Trains, helping usher other students into this life changing work, as well as using it as an opportunity to expand her own knowledge. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, and is always curious about other people. In her free time, Becca still loves to dance, read, cook, and escape from the city with her dog, a doodle named Wednesday.
