Please join Anatomy Trains instructor Debra Dower, BCSI, ERYT-500, for an exciting new webinar focused on longevity for runners.
This course will be delivered live over Zoom webinar with time for Q&A. Students will have lifetime access to the recording.
Many runners don’t stop running due to lack of motivation, but because subtle mechanical biases quietly overload tissues over years. This webinar will help practitioners recognize those patterns before they become limiting injuries.
This webinar will emphasize:
• The foot as an intelligent organizer of load
• Tibialis posterior, FHL, and FDL as cooperative stabilizers rather than isolated muscles
• How medial/lateral foot strategies influence knee durability, hip rotation, and SI load
• Common runner archetypes (e.g., medial collapse, rigid holder, braced rotator) and their longevity implications
• Simple, repeatable interventions that redistribute load without over-cueing or over-correcting
