Please join Anatomy Trains instructor Debra Dower, BCSI, ERYT-500, for an exciting new webinar focused on the health and longevity of the spine.
This course will be delivered live over Zoom webinar with time for Q&A. Students will have lifetime access to the recordings.
The spine is the foundation of health, movement, and longevity — Organizing posture, and protecting the nervous system; while sensing, fine tuning, and supporting every movement made (or anticipated). But here’s the challenge: most of our day is spent outside of yoga, movement, or therapy sessions. Spinal longevity isn’t built in the studio alone — it’s maintained in the countless hours we live, sit, stand, and move through daily life.
In this 2-day, 2-hour each day introductory course, you will:
• Learn & apply hands-on techniques that support spinal release, balance, and ease
• Explore pinpointed movement hygiene practices to reinforce alignment and mobility
• Understand how posture and breath impact spinal health throughout the day
• Experience integrative strategies that combine movement and manual techniques
• Create a practical “daily spinal hygiene plan” to support your spine in the other 22+ hours of the day
This course is both educational and experiential, blending lecture, guided movement, and hands on practice. You’ll leave not only with new insight into spinal health but also with simple, repeatable tools you can use every day to maintain your spine’s vitality.
