Frances has been nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 2008. She is a Board Certified Structural Integrator, having graduated KMI Structural Integration (now ATSI) in 2016, and earned Advanced Practitioner status with ATSI in 2023. She began her continuing education journey by certifying in Orthopedic Massage (James Waslaski), has trained in much of Sharon Wheeler’s work (Scarwork, Bonework, Cranial, and Sacral work), Liz Gaggini’s Biomechanics and Visceral Manipulation with Alyssa Dodson, and Neurovascular Release with Kieran Schumaker. She has competed nationally in powerlifting, and currently shares her home with three rescue dogs and two cats.
