Rachel Graham is a Structural Integrator and Massage Therapist. Her lifelong curiosity for the human body was developed during her studies of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics while being educated to become a Massage Therapist back in 2004.
For over 2 decades, Rachel has practiced, taught and studied various modalities and manual therapies. She holds a Massage Therapy Diploma and Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She was certified with Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapy with Ann and Chris Frederick. Rachel completed her certification in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration with Thomas Myers in 2024.
Rachel maintains her practice in Tavistock, Ontario where she sees a variety of clients from professional athletes, to children, to elderly, who want to elevate their lives through reclaimed body awareness and agency, improved movement quality and optimized performance. Rachel is passionate about providing accessible education to her clients so they can interpret their body’s signals and deepen their understanding of the patterns they embody.
Outside of her practice, Rachel loves traveling and adventuring. She can be found outside as much as possible doing many activities like foraging in a forest, paddling boarding on a lake and hiking.
