Based in Santa Cruz, CA, Rock runs Rock Your Body (rockurbody.com), a private practice where movement education and structural integration come together to help clients restore alignment, refine movement patterns, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful, practical work.
As an assistant teacher for Anatomy Trains, Rock brings a unique perspective, blending in-depth movement coaching with hands-on experience in structural integration. They have traveled extensively across the United States, Greece, and Ukraine, supporting workshops and helping students deepen their understanding of anatomy, fascia, and movement integration. Known for their passion for functional movement and a clear, compassionate teaching style, Rock strives to make complex concepts approachable and applicable for students.
Rock holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San José State University, along with associate degrees in anthropology, business, chemistry, communication, philosophy, psychology, and kinesiology. This diverse educational background complements their work, providing a well-rounded approach to learning and teaching.
