The Art and Craft of Structural Integration with Tom Myers and David Davis

Structural Integration, first brought forth by Dr Ida Rolf, is a somatic practice that works with where you ‘are’ in the world, not what you ‘do’. SI is about changing how we’re being, and that in turn changes what we are doing in a balanced way. Where do you stand? How are you oriented? What is still hanging on?

The science of making changes in the deep patterning is still in its infancy, but SI is paving the way through unraveling our most ‘conservative’ tissue – our biological fabric. When we say, ‘woven into the fabric of their being’, we are describing our fascia. How do we un-weave these patterns to restore natural resilience?

David Davis and Tom Myers each have nearly 50 years history with SI. Join them in a colloquy in which we break open the recipe, practice seeing more deeply, take the craft in advanced directions in the feet, pelvis, spine, and shoulders.

Note: this class is limited to Structural Integration practitioners only (ATSI graduates, IASI members, or graduates of a recognized program in Structural Integration).
