Introduction to fascia and yoga practice with Tom Myers and Francois Raoult
Learn to see, feel, and facilitate good movement ‘hygiene’. Human posture, function, and all the poses of yoga are built upon the patterns set up in utero and in the first year of life, when we move from lying innocently on our back to sitting to crawling to purposeful standing and walking. Many of our structural and movement problems in our adult life stem from ‘misfires’ in this important chain of events. In this workshop we will recreate the embryological and developmental patterns that guide us on our way to an easy, upright alignment. Come let your child be your teacher. This course will include self-experience, movement facilitation skills, and ‘BodyReading’ missing patterns in the movement of your students.
