New Insight into Cellular Structure: Totally tubular, dude

The sheets of the endoplasmic reticulum, (and, I suspect, the same will be true for the ‘sheets’ of the Golgi apparatus) turns out to be made of vibrating and adaptable tubes. Just like our nervous system, circulatory system, and fascial fibrous body – all tubular. (See Ch 1 of Anatomy Trains, 3rd edition.)
