Class Description: Intrinsic Muscles of the Pelvis

Specifically for the advanced practitioner, this palpatory and manual workshop explores obscure but crucial corners of pelvic anatomy. How does the pelvic floor connect with the deep lateral rotators, the adductors, and the abdominals? How do the fascial septa of the adductors link the foot arches to pelvic angle? How does the psoas and the iliacus-QL complex really work? How do the fascial connections of the pelvic organs affect movement? A feast for the curious eyes, hands, and mind from a master anatomist, practitioner, and communicator.

Class Description: Anatomy Trains: Myofacial Meridians

Anatomy Trains is a revolutionary way to see the body posture and the stabilizing forces in the body in motion. The Anatomy Trains identify the longitudinal muscular connections through the body-wide facial fabric. Familiarity with this material allows you to identify and correct postural and ‘actural’ imbalances, often at some distance from the site of the identified ‘problem’. This workshop will overview the entire set of 12 myofacial meridians.
