Anatomy Trains material is of immense value in helping students visualize the holistic reality of physical structure. From visualization it is a short step to experiencing this reality in their own bodies. Having the anatomical foundation helps people understand and take responsibility for the transformation of their habits. In particular, the concept of the “spiral line” underlines the anatomical logic of the contralateral motion of healthy walking.
