| Biography | As a professional KMI practitioner I have the intention to evoke in my clients the exploration of their human potential through Structural Integration and to evolve my expertise in this work. This holistic way to approach the body truly amazes me. I really like the progression of SI and how the series brought me more awareness of my physical and psychological self, as well as better posture and the feeling of being “home” in my own body.
I graduated as a Massage Therapist from Axelsons Body Work School, Oslo 2003 and have taken Positional Release Therapy courses for the Upper and Lower Quadrant,Therapeutic Systems Inc., Oslo,2004., as well as a basic medicine course (Grunnfag medisin 20Vt), Encefalon,Hoegskole i grunnmedisin, Oslo 2006. Additionally, I am a member of IASI (International Association of Structural Integrators).
Among my interests are: my family, music, playing drums, sports and many more. I recently took a workshop with Dr.Diane Poole Heller on healing attachment wounds.
As the second certified KMI practitioner in Scandinavia, I will do my best to promote this work through my hands (and words) in a way that gives people something new to consider when it comes to bodywork, and I will continue my education in a way that serves this work.
