Structural Integration Study Group All SI practitioners, from any training, are invited to the second meeting of the new SI study group being organized by KMI teacher Eli Thompson. It meets in the Boston area quarterly on the third Thursday of January April, July, and October from 6-9pm. The next meeting is scheduled for Jan 19th. The meeting will be broken into three topics; discussion of pre-selected article from the IASI Yearbook, exploration of a specific postural pattern (scoliosis, dowgers hump, pelvic torques, etc), and various strategies for how to treat that pattern (manual, movement, and strength training). Bring your knowledge, experience, and curiosity and join us for a fun evening with fellow practitioners. Depending on what we do we could also apply for IASI CEUs. |
