Anatomy Trains: Terminology and the Rules of the Game

The Anatomy Trains started as a game for my students at the Rolf Institute in the early 90’s. Rather than only teaching muscles singly, I wanted my students to see: how do the muscles link up within the fascia? There was very little about fascia or fascial connections around at the time.
