Yoga Therapy

Knowledge of the Anatomy Trains can help identify where stubborn problems might be sourced, leading to unique and innovative ways of seeing what needs to move for a chronic problem to be solved.

Problems in the hips can be sourced in the chest or the front of the ankles - so says the Superficial Front Line. Problems in the hamstrings can be sourced under the back of the skull or in the plantar surface of the feet - so says the Superficial Back Line.
