Tias Little "The Anatomy Trains work has had a profound effect on my teaching asana and pranayama. My work and teaching of the anatomy of Yoga has been supported by Ida Rolf's work on Structural Integration and Tom's design of the Anatomy Trains lines. The trains dovetail so well with the lines of extension in the practice of yoga postures. I have hosted Tom at my home base in Santa Fe, NM and continue to study with him whenever I can."Tias Little brings to his teaching a wonderful play of metaphor and imagination. He is trained in Iyengar and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga and his perspective clearly reflects the Buddha's teachings. Tias’ teaching specializes in yoga and anatomy, blending both Western and Eastern perspectives. He is a licensed massage therapist and has studied extensively in cranial-sacral therapy and bodywork. Tias earned a Masters degree in Eastern Philosophy from St. John’s College. He currently operates his school Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, NM with his wife Surya and leads yoga intensives both nationally and internationally.
